We ship from Slovenia and aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle delivery.

Shipping Rates

How Long Will My Order Take?

All timelines are based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Slovenian public holidays). Orders must be placed before 23:00 CET to be counted as received that day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout. This will include your tracking number and a link to follow your package's progress.

You can also check your order status anytime via our Track Your Order page.

We work with a network of international and domestic couriers to make sure your package arrives safely.

Transfer of Risk

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the package passes to you. We recommend checking your tracking link regularly as your delivery date approaches.

Issues With Your Delivery

Damaged packages: If your order arrives with visible damage, please photograph the packaging and the item, then contact us at support@natuvalabs.store within 3 business days of receipt.

Wrong address: We're unable to redirect packages once they've entered the shipping process. Please double-check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order.
