All payment options are available at checkout. No account is required to complete a purchase.

Currency

All prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD) or Euro (EUR). If you're paying from outside the United States or Slovenia, your bank or payment provider will handle the currency conversion at their current exchange rate. We do not control or add any conversion fees on top of our prices.

When You're Charged

Your payment is processed at the time you place your order, not when it ships. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after a successful transaction.

Payment Security

All transactions on natuvalabs.store are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Our checkout is PCI-DSS compliant.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please double-check your billing details and try again, or contact your bank. If the issue continues, reach out to us at support@natuvalabs.store and we'll help you sort it out.

Fraud Prevention

We take payment security seriously. Orders that appear unusual or potentially fraudulent may be subject to additional verification before being processed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that fails our security checks.
